Returns & Refunds

We offer a returns and refund on all our products; you may return your product within 14 days of Purchase.
Please be aware for a full refund amount, the products need to be in the same condition as you received them.
For Desktop sales we will collect your item for free for the first 7days, after this time, you will need to return the item at your own cost.

Desktop/All-in-One-systems Warranty

We offer a 90 days warranty on all Refurbished items, however some items which we receive from dell have manufacturer warranty this is listed with in the advert with the expiry date.

Components Warranty

Our components are either new or refurbished,

Refurbished - items have 90 days warranty from the date of delivery
New – items are covered by a 12 Months warranty

If you need to return your Desktop or AIO system and it is faulty or damaged on arrival, then please email our sales team, who will arrange a courier to collect your item. You will be given a RMA number, once your item is returned we will inspect your item and either offer you a full refund or an exchange for a like for like product. Email – for your RMA number. Or use our contact US form to make a return request.
