Delivery/Warranty Information
We will use a host of delivery companies this is to offer the best and reliable service to our customer some items may go out DHL/DPD tracked next day service, other smaller items will be dispatched through royal mail, however this does not mean those items will have tracking.
If you choose an express service then please note the 12noon rules will still apply unless you make prior contact with our sales team (sales@egojuice.co.uk).
2nd Class deliveries can take up to 4 days, so please allow this time before making contact
1st Class deliveries can take up to 2 days, so please allow this time before making contact, Royal mail are a company which operates on their own rules and we do not have any say over how and when deliveries are made so please do not blame Egojuice for any late deliveries or missing items. However we will try to assist you the best way we can to resolve your issue with missing or damaged parcels.
Collections
We welcome collections of any one of our items, we are a office/warehouse based business. We do not have a showroom , however you can still view your purchase prior to buying. Collections are welcome from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (please note we have lunch break between 1pm and 1.45pm.

****PLEASE NOTE**** we do not accept credit or debit cards on collection as we do not have a card machine, you can either pay with cash or bank transfer.
Warranty
We offer a 3 months return to base warranty on all systems, some occasions there is a remainder Dell warranty, this will be stated in the advert. We will cover the return postage for the first 7 days.
